About the Role
Assist in the setting up of venue
Ensure guests are welcomed and seated on arrival
Show guests the location of the toilets and fire exists
Inform guests about the rundown of the evening
Ensure palettes and water cups are refilled upon request
Keep the venue clean and organised
Tidy up at the end of event
Follow instructions outlined in SnP ‘Know-How’ video to maintain AARTLDN standards
Requirements
Punctual
Polite/Well mannered
Proactive
Good interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of visual arts is preferred but not essential
Good with understanding and carrying out instructions
